Dog lovers - dont watch this tearjerker :(

    http://www.wdsu.com/video/4907831/detail.html

    live hurricane footage.

Rescuers were snatching people off rooftops in a boat .They just passed by this golden retriever dog paddling in the branches of a submerged tree, and you could tell th dog was like " HELP ME " but they just kept going .

The very first guy they come across is on a roof with his dog by his side ( rotweiller ) and they pick him up and leave his poor dog , confused as all hell on the roof with only about a foot before the house is completely submerged, then they circle once and leave. poor dog is like " man you forgot me , i stayed with you.."

think something is caught in my eye..

Nah , the news does a good job of over-reporting shit.. They almost always start slow, then jump toa higher number ( of dead ) then become more realistic.

You can't really compare this to the tsunami , there was 100 times the destruction and dead in the tsunami.

Things are just terrible and there really is no comparing them.. once they reach a certain level its just a trajedy.

I doubt the death toll with be near 1000 once its over.. ( news is saying 160 )

lets just say it sucked major ass.

yeah the death toll is 160 in other areas besides ones that were hit the hardest... they said that officals were marking houses in I think alabama with black marks that had dead bodies in them...

What is interesting is the fact that no one has even attempted to tally up nola's totals...

        Only time will tell....
