I slept 13 1/2 hours last night !!!
I haven't gotten more then 4-5 hours a night in a few months ... I'm at the office during the day then go back on at about 10pm and work till about 3am .. last night i came home ate dinner with the family and got changed for the gym .told my wife i was going to lay down for 30 mins because i was shot and to wake me at 8pm so i can go workout ... well she tried and i wouldn't get up ... at about 11pm she put me under the covers and i woke and said i have to get online and check my mail .... then rolled over and fell back to sleep ....i woke up at 9am this morning ...
 I guess the hours caught up ...

Eventually they will, no matter what. I had my immune sys. give in quite a few times. you can push it, but at one point your body will say 'Fuck this!' :D I bet you're feeling much better now, though.

yeah
happens to me too at the office till usually 8...9..10pm then go home and work on some stuff from there go to bed usually around 2-3am wkae up at 7pm to get ready and back here every once in a while.. comme weekend and I got no shoots.. I just stay in till like 10..11am feel out of it for a bit but then the body thanx for the extra rest |
