Bush needs to get his ASS out of his HEAD - Seriously

WTF - New Orleans = 1Million + people no homes, jobs, businesses, law, medical, etc.. Overnight The city is getting deeper in shit and worse by each minute.

And yet over 48 hours later - there is no massive convoys of resources on the way to fix the walls - evacuate the people.

In my opinion it seemed like he acted more urgently to mobilize resouces to send to the Russian mini sub than he is putting towards this tragedy - he truely is a pile of shit that needs to get a clue.

I would not be surprised that he is remembered for this fuckup on the same level as Iraq and the massive underestimate of help that is truely needed.

there are ships on the way with supplies but I agree things need to go faster, Not to mention they are making it a big deal that he returned early from vacation...A month long vacation at that. I like that he released the oil reserves though.

The Army Corps of Engineers is known through out the world for solving complex issues, quickly and efficiently. Dams, Levies, and Bridges are their speciality... And they could not repair a 200 yard breach in New Orleans?

they have been denying the area funds forever.

Regardless, you prove my point by saying this has been going on before Bush. What did Bush do with the funds when he was up to bat? Used it to fly your kids to war.

Which makes the fact the funds were never given to the State even MORE embarrassing. I know this has been going on for decades probably. WHich proves my point.

This state has been denied funds it has been requesting for a long time.

And now, after the funds were ready to be distributed, where did it go? Not to the city to rebuild its needed levees, but a war.

You cannot deny that as you know it is true.

My point was simple.

Bush denied the city funds needed and requested to DIRECTLY fix this problem. Including a proposed levee fix near the 17th levee, which is the one that collapsed!

Second, the money used in Iraq could have been used to fix this as the city and state have printed articles for years now saying Iraq was using their funds.
