People can't see their own biases.

When a black guy is brutally beating a white person, many blacks will try to find any justification for his behavior.

When a white cop is brutally beating a black person, many whites will try to find any justification for his behavior.

The news is sometimes biased in favor of and at other times against some groups depending on the circumstances and the person writing the story. Wrong should always be wrong, and right always right regardless of race.
