That's a lot of weight, man. I have been working out hard for only nine months and I still am benching about thirty pounds less than my body weight of 155 lbs. for a full ten reps with a spot on the last few. My chest is growing steadilly, but it will be a while until I can do body weight several times. I care more about looking good than lifting heavy weights as possible anyway, since all this training and boxing class have been hurting my forearms and elbows with strains and tendonitis.

my buddy competed a couple months ago - he was down to about 2% and 180 or so... completely shredded. by the time he had went to bed that night - after rehydrating himself and loading up on carbs, he gained over 20 pounds.. :)

my cousin is only 22 and complaining that the 150's are light. :) thats as big as most gyms go. the chains like 24hr, ballys etc etc usually don't go bigger than 120. i am not quite there yet. almost though. :)
