I'm not sure for skin in general, but to defeat that "shiney face" effect, we use mattifier by Bourjous Paris. You can get it at Ulta and I think you can get it at Sephora as well.

i use DDF Glycolic Exfoliating Wash 7% in the shower in the morning.
when i get out of the shower i put on DDF Matte Finish Photo-Age Protection SPF 30.
Before bed I wash my face with DDF Salicylic Wash 2%.
Then I use DDF Glycolic Toner 10%.
After that dries I use Decleor Aromessence Ylang Ylang Night Balm. It gently helps reduce inflammation with the help of plant extracts and excess oil secretions leaving the skin rebalanced and healthy.
Then I finish off with DDF Ultra-Lite Oil Free Moisturizing Dew.

I know it's a lot, but it works for me.
You can get it all at www.sephora.com

you can always put some powder on your face...a powder a day, keeps the oil away!

the more you wash it - the more oil the skin will produce (to compensate)

i think you should look into your diet or make sure that internal organs are functioning correctly.

oily skin is an effect, and the best way to fight it is to find the cause.
