Full template design & programming, including its own unique traffic trading system. (or just the programming) I'd have to run that by my guys.

And we already have a waiting list for my new programming site, which isn't even done yet, the good news is, college is back in & we've got several hundred high IQ's waiting to join our programming pool. I start interviewing next week.
