How much worse would New Orleans be if it started raining?
They have the entire flooded city that would get worse, then thousands of square miles of lake to collect water and spill into NO anyhow. Anyone know if rain is a possibility in the near future?

The fucked part is September is the traditional heavy hitting hurricane month. So odds are there's more misery coming in the next few weeks.

Isn't the water level in the city and lake/river going to equalize anyway?
They were saying the city will be another 15 feet under water tomorrow ! |
