while i was out in at some bars in Houston last night I got to talking to a few people from that area. houston is packed from all the people who evacuated...

they said that instead of letting New Orleans flood they were going to open the levies on the smaller towns around there... maybe thats why you are seeing pics like this?

if this is true, it's pretty fucked up for the gov to do this.
