If u mail them u get a reply from a robot..

Mails from outside epassporte's private email system get a robot reply

I just fired off an email to you regarding my accounts. I do think that there is a bug somewhere because I have spoken to several people that cannot login that were logged in just a couple of hours ago...Either way, I await your reply.

They are doing system upgrades Try logging in, in about 30mins or so...That is what Rick said from Customer Service.
