    Is Verotel in financial trouble?

    Just wondering why they delay affiliate payments for months. They owe me a lot of money for over three months and always accumulate and rollover my balance to the next payment date. Support chat always tells me 'Don't worry, you will be paid next week' or something about a guy named Donny who is in charge of that but never answers his emails - all turns out to be absolute rubbish.

    No reply at all from support to my email. Sometimes kind people on support chat, but they aree unable to give any answers.

    I think I will move away with them .... as this all looks like they are in deep shit

      I get paid by direct depost weekly, like clockwork.

      I run a site using Verotel as a processor though, not an affiliate.

      Do you have your minimum payment set too high or something?

          No, the minimum payment was reached 3 months ago. It is 6 times as much what they owe me and they were always used to pay me in time before by ACH.


          That is for an affiliate account, that I am not getting paid for at all, lately.

          I asked support chat for a contact to some supervisor or soemone in the management but they refuse to give me any contact beyond payments.

          Very strange fuck up!

              I have this same problem but I use Verotel as a processor. Verotel suck, i'm in the process of changing..

                  how come you have a separate affiliate account? all my verotel accounts are merged into 1 and get ACH for all of 'em like clockwork. However, before setting up ACH my checks were always getting lost in the mail for whatever reason.. but they did pay for all lost checks thru ACH as soon as it was setup so try setting up either ACH or wire.

                              I used them once too once but never again. Come on, a company who offers almost no support and doesnt even answer to emails or have a phone number. No thanks. to Verotel

                                      You can have as many different affiliate accounts as you want - like a separate account for each single sponsor. I learned from the past and split all my income from Verotel to different accounts. In spring 2004 they cancelled many affilate accounts without reason and held payments for about 7 months.

                                              Please, read my post above. I have talked to them on many occassions on the chat, but all of them told me they have no answer to why I am not getting paid. Some said it would by the responsibility of a guy named Donny and they gave me his email, but the guy never answered my emails.

                                              As I am not getting anywhere as of now. My last option might be to go to court. Luckily this is pretty cheap in the EU :-)

                                                      I posted that in reply to the guy BobG who said that they don't have a phone number, etc.. understand that you have talked to them but still aren't getting checks (which sucks).

                                                                  Strange, I get my wires every week without fail, and we have heaps of affiliates that also have no probs. If I have any problems I can always get hold of someone as well.

                                                                          So far we aint had any problems but were webmasters not affiliates. paid every week on the hour. Support can suck if you dont have a contact there.
                                                                          We usually go through the live support and most times someone is around.

                                                                                  Just checked a couple of other boards and saw that there are quite a lot of complaints from affiliates not getting paid by Verotel. BTW: I still have neither a received a penny nor have I gotten any response from the responsible persons .....

                                                                                          They have not paid me for 4 months and there is absolutely no problem from my side. Their contraol center shows a rollover of the balance from one payment date to the next. No reply or statement from customer support at all.

                                                                                          It is sad, but it is 100% trua and I can prrove it.

                                                                                                          ZERO complaints this year.

                                                                                                          Sounds like something fishy your end more than anything.

                                                                                                                  That would explain the non-payment there.

                                                                                                                  I would suggest you check your facts and READ YOUR EMAIL before throwing around slanderous "going broke" statements.

                                                                                                                              Well, that does NOT explain non payments as they have promised payments before as shown above, but they have failed to pay.

                                                                                                                              Their email did not say that they will hold back funds. And frankly speaking, why would they need to hold back ALL funds if Korean payments just make up 2% or 3% even less? It would make sense if they would hold back the amounts generated from their Korean partnere, but not all other monies.
