Lightspeed Cash has never abandoned any trademarks. Lightspeed Cash has never applied for any trademarks. You really DON'T have any idea of what you're talking about, do you?
Lightspeed Media Corp., however, abandoned several trademark applications in 2003. It had something to do with USPTO Office Actions. If you want to know what those are, go pay your attorney a bunch of money to explain it all to you, because you obviously don't have any idea of what you're talking about... (Sigh).

i am full aware of the differences between the different types of trademarks (unregistered, registered)
my def. of a bogus trademark is one that is to weak to allows you to take the domain raimimiller.com away from me.

I am sure you are familar with the domain dispute policy, i am sure if you are correct i won't be owner of raimimiller.com for long.
