I was running an unooficial blog at that and with your approval. Yet you took the domain away from me (even after I handed it to you guys when you asked for it) without so much as giving me a chance to fix any problems you had with it.

There were no ads in that blog from any other sponsor. It was all LightSpeed sites. I only had 1 link going to 1 page with a TGP. That was it. I STILL have that blog on my hard drive to prove I am not a liar, like you seem to be. An add for another sponsor at the top. You such a liar. You were just looking for any excuse to take the domain. Since I wasn't making any errors and I always asked before making changes (I have all the e-mails from Richard Buss giving me the go ahead) you decided it was time to take it since you were not going to catch me breaking the rules.

I was given the go ahead to run a free links site before, don't you get it. You guys told me before it was no problem to have links to other galleries, etc., or free sites. The blog was tame compared to the free site. You make no sense.

When you finally reinstated the trademark on November 25, 2003 you lawyer had to put the exclusionary clause

You trademark is bogus because you excluded every living person in the world.
