Even with what you're already using, you can try a free Plugin Like This One. It makes the site more interactive as well as providing additional eye candy. You make money when users become members (they need to join to use the forum).

Toys are good for members areas. You could have a whole toy section with a bunch of different sponsors, or create your own store, or even market individual toys with related content (eg big boob doll with your big boob content)
