All you porn promoters have to remember that dating sites/traffic is not that much different, you just have to sell the girls as girls, not as content. So dont promote how many webcams they have.. promote that they can find hot girls in their neighborhood.

Well it all depends on your traffic, but I'd go per sale, just keep in mind it can take some time for the free joins to pay
