I was wondering if i can ask you guys a question from your professional
experience in regards to trading traffic and you opinions on it.

My biggest concerns and questions are

What do you recommend when it comes to trading traffic ?
What do I need to trade traffic with other sites ?
One of my biggest concerns is how do I find sites to trade with ?
What is the best way to trade traffic with other sites ?

First of all I'd say look at your current trades and then ask THEIR top partners for trades.

Also look for sites with many trade toplists as this helps with prod%
There's nothing worse for traffic than a thumb site which sends only "blind" traffic as their production sucks.

This has just been my experience but it worked for me ...
