I live in seattle and I cant remember a single time that ive been in pioneer square and not seen a fight break out. Its a fucked up part of town....

One thing that always bothered me however is how no one steps in to help. I was in a situation once in the same area where i was basically about to get jumped by a bunch of "gangstas". I went back into the bar i came from and solicited help for 20-30 other people (black and white) to back me up.

Needless to say these fuckers backed way down once they saw they were outnumbered when we came out to "approach" them - they pussed out very very fast.

Safety in numbers works both ways - its just sad no one got a group together to help out these poor folks. There are thousands of people in that area any givin evening and im sure this group could have been outnumbered very fast with a devasting and deserved response.

very sad... this type of stuff happens because these kids know that because they are poor, brought up in broken homes, in broken parts of the city, have little chance of higher education, and in the future they will be washing the cars of their now peer white kids, they lash out trying to get some kind of satisfaction.... as sad as it may be, whitey always gets the last laugh in the overall scheme of things...

While i agree with your overall premise there is still no excuse for this type of behavior. These were unconsious individuals being beaten and photographed for "fun".

I dont care what their sob story is, there is simply no excuse for the brutality displayed in this video and these specific individuals have no place in a civilized society.

this is some sad shit. i googled for black gang beats whites, and found an article that tells what are supposedly the "facts". it states that the victims were black guys as well. it went on to say the altercation started the victims were in line to go into a club with thier girlfriends and wives, and a black guy groped one of the women. the other woman who was with her spoke up to the guy who did it. he then groped her as well. then the husband of the second girl groped said something to the guy. the guy who did it then called for his friends to come over. an arguement insued. then the victims tried to walk away. one of the women threw her hotdog at the guys who did it. thats when the soldiers were attacked. which means that the guys who did it felt as though they should be able to cop a feel off a female that they dont know, and that nothing should be done about it in return. fucking pathetic. its bullshit when a man stands up for his woman, and gets jumped by a bunch of fuckers for it. i almost had to fight some black dude who was 7 ft 2 and 400 lbs. my fiance and i both worked in a club. i was the dj and she was a waitress. the 7 ft tall dude i mentioned was one of the bouncers. he kept harassing my woman, even after she told him to lay off. he kept it up. so i had to tell him to leave her alone. he then said... "what, you aint afraid of me?". i said that it wasnt about that, and that he needed to respect our relationship. he then bagan yelling, telling me to bring my ass outside. was i scared? yeah, i was. did i think he was going to kick my ass? yeah, i figured that was pretty much how it was going to go down. i am only 5 ft 11, weigh around 275. i used to compete in nhb fighting matches, and i did pretty damn well. but i am also the first person to admit that i am real bad out of shape these days. havent been training, and havent been lifting either. i feel like a weak pussy these days,lol. i prolly woulda gotten the shit beat outta me. but i still went outside to fight him. his brother "who worked thier as a bouncer too" and the managers got between us. thank god they did, lol! my point is, too many assholes think they can go around doin whatever they want to people. in my prime i think i coulda taken him. but with the shape im in now, i very very highly doubt it. he later apologized for being an asshole, and told me he had mad respect for me for standing up to him. i told him that i didnt have a choice. i cant have my woman thinking i wont protect her from that type of shit. no matter how bad the other guy might be. it sucks that people are that way. needless to say, i got some good pussy for about a month after that, lol!
