First thing is to remove that JS popup - I almost left the site becaus of it
- get some better design - Reza from www.xdesignstudio.com have done a LOT of content stores - he would be good to talk to
- Better thumbs quality is needed, a little larger would look better to

I you use Arial as default font, try to keep all text in arial on the target page..

You've used Arial on most of the pages. However, it looks like you forgot a few..

I do like the black / white, but combine it with some shades of grey. Add some pink (like you did on some buttons, and it will look much more appealing.
Get a designer for the header only.. the rest is just text and content.

you need a payment processor first. wire transfer or checks is going to loose you lots of money. that should be your first concern.
