Fox should be liable: Mistake #1 was giving out an actual address (correct or not), that's just plain wrong.

Fox should immediately put them up in a hotel and arrange for a new home for them. Letting this family sit in that house will only make the lawsuit way larger, especially if someone gets hurt.
