You're forgetting to use the Canadian exchange rate when valuing your site...it breaks down to sleazydream.com being worth $1.85 US.

That sale was over 3 years ago. The founder of Earthlink bought it for his other venture eCompanies. I bet he couldn't even get $250,000 for it now. I guess it's a nice write off.
