Im not saying it justifies theft Im saying, to give the affiliate all they want and still stay in business .I can see how the practice can happen. I dont have a affiliate program and if I did no no one would join because I couldnt afford to give away the house. Im going to say join my program I will give you 10 dollars a sale and you host your own galleries but I can guarantee I will not shave. It's a myth created by untalented webmasters to make themselves feel better about poor ratio's and lack of sales. I am sure that everyone has their books in order and can account for the money generated from every signup and it will reconcile perfectly with their join numbers.
But if someone were shaving, this would be the way to shut that shit down.
I did not use that system.
Yet, I have doubts that programs can be nabbed this way because shaving also happens all the time, for legitimate reasons. The more the feds delve into this the more they'll see that it's not worth pursuing.
The affiliate tracking script sellers, otoh, might be easily doable if they still offer shaving as a feature. Pretty hard to explain away why they have you on tape describing how their shaving feature works.Comment
