when you walk look where you are walking and what you are walking on, can you not tell the ground it wet? are you blind? stupid? not to sure. people are such complainers, what ever happened to telling yourself "o i was an idiot for not watching where i was walking" getting up and moving on, are you going to sue God for making it rain and slipping on the sidewalk? proably by the sounds of it.

just because you have trouble doing a basic life skill that we learn since the age of 1 (ie walking) doesnt mean you should be paid for it.

Okay, a few months ago i was at disneyland with my girlfriend while it was raining. As we were walking somewhere, i had fallen and really hurt my knee, then to my suprise there was a sign saying becarful slippery when wet yadi yadi but the sign was not standing up it was down. It's amazing that the world even needs the "careful" its wet signs.. People slip because they are not paying attention, the signs dont do anything.. They only have the signs because of frivolous lawsuits like this one!

In canada, people try and sue when they slip on ice on the sidewalk, somehow the city is suppose to de-ice a city of millions before some guy walks out to his mailbox at 6am.
