I have three houses in one shit area of town that I paid only $10k for TOTAL.

Properties generate $2k a month and I get paid directly by the government because I rent to women on welfare.

You just have to know where to look or know someone who knows

best ROI will be if you use if towards the downpayment of a house you can live in. get the most leverage you can and use the smallest dp you can.

further, depreciate that portion of the house you use for a home office.

this scenario will be the least risky and offer the highest gain because it will couple with tax advantages that will allow you to shelter ordinary income.

don't let naysayers tell you you can't buy a home with 10K dp---go to where you can, and make LOTS of offers.
