asia, russia etc
is there any point in sending surfers from asia, russia and other weird countries to sponsors like ARS and Silvercash? I think I saw somewhere that they cant sign up those sites or whatever. I wanna know if there is any point in signing up to a dialer before making any moves.

U can send them to a flat-rate dialer though... with their knowledge of english it's easy to make them surf at least half an hour...
