Anxiety and stress = dehydrating?
Always the night before one of my monthly vacations I am hustling to get things in order for the morning flight, packing, checking visa, answering emails and ICQ's, calling hotels, calling drivers etc etc... I always get TOTALLY dehydrated and have to drink water like a fish during this time and even them i end up dehydrated...
Is this normal or something that only happens to me under these anxious circumstances? Thank you GFY doctors.

Something I learned years ago can't recall by who..but when travelling be sure to drink plenty of water.
I guess your body starts going through a lot of stress and you do dehydrate. |

hehe... i always drink plenty of water while travelling, and before travelling.. but JUST during this time, the night before a big travel, I get SUPER deyhydrated... maybe because i havent had a single shred of stress in my life in many years, that the most stressful thing that happens to me is hustling to get prepared for a trip? why would that make me thirsty though....

I`ve read that the pressurized environment in airplanes will cause dehydration during trips.I know it`s not exactly the same problem you are facing but it`s a tip for when you finally do get on the plane
 Yesterday in my university I was hanging around with a friend and this guy comes by and says hi to my friend.He is completely bald and only has a few patches of hair growing. I ask my friend what happened to the guy and he says it was because he failed Physics 2 and the stress made his hair fall out.
