Funny tho in thier FAQ - which is not really a legal disclaimer like the TOS it says this:
Can I host adult material? Legal, uncopyrighted material is allowed on a dedicated server. We highly recommend you contact both your local authorities and the State of Texas for more detailed information regarding different types of adult content. Adult content is not allowed on a Virtual account. |
