"I thought it was a joke or something," said Habbas, 54, a Palestinian American who served in the U.S. Army.

Habbas opened the letter, and the salutation read "Dear Palestinian Bomber."

When he called the company, JPMorgan Chase & Co., provided his ZIP code and invitation number, two operators said to him: "Yes, Mr. Bomber, what can we do for you?"

Actually, it is most likely someone who filled up some offer online and put in Palestinian Bomber as first and last name.
I used to fill up those "Win a free one week gym membership" cards with funky names and put in my father's phone number to mess with him, lol

Highly unlikely . Its much more likely a jewish person saw the name was palestinian and thought it would be funny.

I know a guy who got "MORON" printed as his last name on his drivers license..

edit- actually i thought about it , and it could have been one of his army buddies pulling a prank..
