in that case f.e 50 ppl would be paying $20 per month but the prize would be greater than 50 x 20 so it would be worth for ppl to enter, apart from the fun side

Once a week one name gets picked from the hat and that lucky person gets 5 bucks paypal or epass from every person who plays.
Thats 250 bucks obviously with 50 people.

And we do this every week. Everybody can win every time. So one could potentially win 1000 bucks a month or win nothing for 2 years. Its all about luck.
And 20 bucks a month is nothing. Its fun to play and if you win its a nice extra.
