I'am sure lots of you do, how do I sync it with the Headset/earpiece thingy? The instructions with the headset are all written in Russian haha.

Um, I don't recall any id/pw required to sync my bluetooth to my phone. It's all very fast & easy, but good luck on it.

Something like this.
On the side of the bluetooth device, hold down the button for about 15 seconds if I remember correctly.
Phone: settings / connections / bluetooth / look for new device
