                  If I could make 5K a month from an undeveloped site, I sure as hell wouldnt sell it. Why sell something that is profitable like that?

                          True, but how much cash flow do you think you'll actually get from this? I don't know exactly what was spent on the domain, but I don't think he is going to get much higher than it is. If he sold it, that would be less than 2 years of income from that site. Surely he can manage an investment with his profits.

                                  selling it is kinda stupid when it makes 5k a month and is undevelloped. If it ends up going for 100k he could have made that same amount in 20 months.... stupid.

                                      5k a month for no work at all. That's not something you sell, unless you really need a lot of cash right away... even then I wouldn't sell it
