Strange idea for porn stars to do?

ahh that doesnt make any sense to me.

Wouldn't you want to see these porn stars first? Maybe it's just me but what if they a dirty manly bitches? I guess there is a niche/market for everything these days.

why should anyone care what they look like as long as they pay?
and I have yet to meet any dirty manly female porn stars who attend AVN.

some stars/models don't need affiliates. end of story. don't lose a contract by trying to convince them they need affiliates. after the site's done, if they crave more traffic (and they will), pitch the idea to them again. we run into roadblocks like this both in mainstream & adult for one of our projects. some of them care less about the extra revenue and fear or don't want the management nightmare.

in fact some of them do not even want a "pay site", they just want to offer an annual "fan club" type thing for $15-$50 bucks a year (includes signed 8x10, personal note, etc).

What i have found is that people from that side of the industry sometimes they really don't have a clue about the internet and don't understand what a webmaster program is or anything.

What a waste of money

As for fan forums, there will be much more fan interaction that just a forum, but
that is one of the ideas. This isnt going to be a typical run of the mill come look
at my pics and send me an email site. These sites are going to be an integral aspect
of these girls careers. For example, why have a girl do anal in a movie. Save the
anal for her website so that if some fan really wants to see her doing that, she's
going to get paid $19.99 per person instead of $1200 for 1 scene.

Umm, we have several deals like that with Jenna J, Tera P, etc, and your deal sounds fishy, I'd seriously look into what they are asking of you, and find out who they are lol!
