    What's difference between hookers and pornstars

    Seriously. Both fuck/suck/whatever for money but only 1 is legal in the US (ignore Nevada for a sec)

    Is it the presence of a Camera that makes it legal?

      However, porn is considered "art" and protected under the 1st amendment.

                          technically you are paying for a performance between two other people and just recording it. Though this really does not cover POV.
                          FYI shooting porn is not technically legal in all the states, very few have said there if a difference between prostitution and porn production.
