Seen this one family picking up bottles and cans from people's garbage cans, two of them had cellphones attatched to their dirty clothes. (one mother and 3 little kids.)

Felt sorry for them, but figured they werent that bad off.

hell even kids of 4 years old walk with those cell phones..

I think there's a charity that gives cellphones to the homeless incase they need to call 911
