I assume you are referring to Link Popularity?
It is a factor that goes into determing a page's PR. Inbound links from related sites will help factor into your page's Link Popularity. Obviously, links from relevant high PR pages are more desirable, but the best way to improve your score is through a combination of relevant links - from low to high PR. |

What is the scale? Like, PR is 1-10 what is the scale for Link Popularity? 1-10, 1-100 or more like Alexa sort of? .
