Celebrity Sushi on Location: Toronto! (pics...Pics..pics..Pics)

Toronto Fucking Rocked!

Big Shout Out to WiredGuy!....for making all my dreams come true!

Bro, Thanks for one of the best times I've had.....and some killer Sushi!

Ramos' Review:

Located in the heart of historic Toronto, Nami Sushi Bar is a fabulous place to enjoy a drink and dine on some of the freshest fish in the area. Additionally, Nami Sushi offers a great atmosphere for socializing and people watching, especially on weekend nights. Instead of a quiet, formal experience, Nami Sushi serves up sushi with attitude and flair.

To set the Tone!, we endulged in some Raw Quail Eggs (waitress looked at us like we were crazy)!

,
Jman kept saying it was an aphrodisiac and then he grabbed my Bum or was that Charles?.
(Kidding) .

Our Meal started with some assorted sashimi: Tuna, YellowTail, Red Snapper, EEL and Surf Clam (Odie's Favorite). Next, it was Tuna Tataki Time, seared Tuna with a rich texture and a nice spicy sauce......was my favorite.

Following this, we enjoyed a fine selection of sushi including Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls! (see pic).

However, the Toro sashimi (market price) was the highlight of an already excellent array of sea delights. A chopstick fight almost broke out between Charles and Odie over who got to eat this scrumptious delicacy.

The Crew:
Wired Guy..Dwreck..Jman..Odie..Rage..Brad..Alex..Ramos..
Let's Do it Again Soon!

1. Empty qail egg into Saki glass.
2. Drop Saki glass into beer glass.
3. Pound beer glass = Saki bomb!!!!!!!!
4. Repeat as many times as necessary.

Next time you get sush, ask the chef's they will know what you are talking about.

Not to start and argument or anything, just a question.
If the fish is super fresh and of course the rice done just right (as well as it can since it never is real japanese rice). What is the real difference aside from paying more?

ummm I've been to different places where it was more expensive but they also offered things that you wouldn't normally get and the presentation was incredible.

Kajji is a great place, but I still LOVE Hiro sushi the best!

It tasted just like a shot of soya to me. The texture was gross, I'll give you that, but it went down ok for me. The lobster and kung pow chicken at the end was to die for though, lol.

Thanks odie.
I can understand different items that may not be available and such, thats a good reason.

BTW one of my favorite places tried to pass the real wasabe off on me and I must say I like the cheap version so much better. The real stuff has no real punch or anything.

Is that the New Hoe(no idea how too spell it)? That place is great for late night nourishment. Lobster still $20 for 2? They are very accommodating with the 'cold tea' beverages at 4:00a.m.
