It's obvious that we change every moment. Just compare yourself now to yourself one year ago or to yourself when you was a kid. The only thing that keeps us thinking that we are always the same person are our memories. But we can have Adolf Hitler in our minds aswell, but we don't think that we are him...

So... are we dieing every moment?

If yes... then we are all damn good people when we are doing some hard stuff - we are sacrificing for others. But the question arise: is it clever to sacrifice yourself for others?

it doesn't matter a lot how you feel or how much have you achieved at the moment, what matters is how you felt and how much you reached on average during all your life. So it worth to sacrifice yourself today for stronger tommorows you. Damn, what a wicked thinking

No. Remaining the same person means that you're stagnant and closed off to change and learning. I am a student of this life, always eager and ready to learn more and to grow.

But every breath leaves me one less to my last. We age on a constant basis, though we may not see it ourselves without a thorough look back upon our lives.

I may well be dying every moment. But I'm living every moment, too, and growing, changing, and being the dynamic person I am.
