Yes, great news. As of yesterday we (Tim and I) are no longer bound by the restrictions of being directors of a public entity. wheeeew. When you are a director, you can't say shit, you have to disclose everything, and you spend most of your money on audits and filings.

Now that we (and consequently MobBucks) are a private entity. We can enjoy the fruits of our labor without the SEC having a gun to our heads (figuratively).

We are still the president and vice president of the corp that owns MobBucks. the step down from the board of directors only pertains to 110 media group, inc. which owns web1000.

Now we can really get down to business. Good news all around. And it was financially benefitial, if you know what I mean (which is always good).

Great to hear, I've been following oten since our 1st poker game back in February and noticed the 8-k yesterday.

So is MobBucks now private or will it still report under 110?

I had my buy order in for a few months now at .05 for oten
Missed it by 1 cent last week then it poped to .25
