I think he was trying to prove that CCBill processes for kp sites and/or sites that cater to pedophiles, as well as sites that practice deceptive billing. Both went unanswered unfortunately.

The deceptive billing can be argued. People should read the fine print (although I'm not a big fan of this type of selling since it does cause trouble for all of us in the end), but the meta tags and meta description on that site is unexcusable.

I'm not a lawyer and don't pretend to be, but I am genuinely curious about some things.

1) How can that site be legal? I don't care if all the models are legal (which I doubt they are, but don't know for sure). It's a site designed specifically to cater to pedophiles and people who are looking for pics of underage females.

2) Why would ccbill even want to be associated with a site like that? I know we're in the porn business, and we're not widely viewed as a bunch of ethical or moral people, but doesn't processing for these sites and enabling them to make money just help them continue operating and help to reinforce the image of us all as a bunch of sick KP peddlers?

I to have made direct notice about such a site MONTHS ago and nothing was ever done. I just got the legal bit run around and im glad that Visa decided to do somthing.

Whos to say whats done to those kids in the process of obtaining this "art" as they call it. Afterall you only see what you define as legal on that site but theres alot more to that side of the industry as a whole. Anyone who takes pics of 6yr olds or finds it to be hott stuff is prob doing more then just photo shoots.

Its more about respect and protecting kids regardless of whats law. Think about how many of those kids were kidnapped and exploited then photographed to make money or raped by their sick parents.

I guess to some people money is more importaint then anything else.
