                  I went through all the "epassporte sponsors" sites and none has any info about this one.

                          i did some research, and I tracked it back to being *i think* Fusion Cash or another program run by those people, let me know if you think that's wrong.

                              that is wrong, unless Fusion Cash and Shocking cash are one and the same company. I got this paytech payment from Shocking Cash.
