Some people make me laugh...I emailed a domain owner to see about buying a domain name ( no traffic, worthless domain...but has some sentimental value)...here is his reply:

and I would not like to negotiate needless price adjustments.
Therefore, the price that I'm quoting you is the lowest price that
I can transfer the domain to you.

3. If you decide to purchase the domain with the price,
I'll then inform you fully about the domain transfer procedure.
4. If you are thinking about buying the domain below the price,
please do not reply and also, I won't reply to you.
