we haven't used him in a few months ... we had him on all our unusable traffic from our free host ... we no longer use any dialers but he still owes us about $8k ... I'd like to get paid .. if it was a $1 I'd still need to get paid ...

I don't think anyone should work with him .. the dialer is more intrusive then he said it was and getting paid has been a problem since day one .. not to mention that he doesn't get back to you and has an attitude like it's not really his problem ... anyone that works with him is looking for trouble

second ... i think your right ..but i had a lot of guys tell me he was OK ... I'm not sure if they just did less biz with him and he was able to pay the small amount or what ... it seems as soon as the bill got in the few K mark this guy flaked out ... and started with the bullshit stories ... the money isn't going to make or break us ($8K) ..it's just the fact that i will not sit back and not get paid ... I'll keep posting and contacting him till i file suit ... I'm giving him every chance to contact us and pay a little bit at a time if needed ... I can say that it is the last time we use a dialer ... it's a shady biz with shady people ...you live and you learn ..

As you may (or may not know) up until recently, we also owned 110 media group, inc. , a public company which owns web1000 free host. The dialer was used for asian traffic which had no billing options and/or was no good for traffic customers. As of the recent success of MobBucks, we have decided to exit from the public entity and step down from the board of directors, thus lifting the heavy restrictions the SEC imposes on public companys, and their officers and directors.

Other investors are now the majority shareholders of 110 media group and is managing/rebuilding the entire system and preparing to appoint new board members etc. Now we can make our money without giving so much of it to lawyers and accountants (for all the filings and audits necissary when you ar public) and no longer have the SEC up our asses on everything we do. We are ecstatic to have sold our majority position and still maintain a stock position in web1000 while maintaining 100% ownership of MobBucks. pimp pimp!!! :pimp
