Anyone here using Merchant Solutions? Any good stories? Any bad stories?
Do they payout on time? Any info will be greatly appreciated.  |

You need to do over 1500 signups a month. I can hand over a list over 30 bigger sponsors that use as as primary or secondary billing solution |

I do not personally know of them so I'm of little help there .. but I can tell you there is not a snowballs chance in he*l of getting HR approved in the Philippines in one week. btw the rates they quote are for NON high-risk accounts and they deal with one bank rather than many If you have questions feel free to give me a yell  good luck
