I doubt many people actually promote them, they're just in it for the $200 webmaster referrals. I was thinking of shooting them some traffic to test them out a little but for some reason when I went to the signup page it was asking me for a username/password, and I couldn't get out of it. $200 lost for some unlucky sig whore.
