Why is the bonus payout different for console-free?

I can understand the normal payout for console free being lower, but if you do volume you only get $5 more instead of the $10 more that the regular program pays.....also the revshare for volume on console free is only 60%?

1) don't do anything illegal on the box.
2) send us 25 joins a month to stay eligible for the promotion.
3) we do reserve the right to terminate people if they become a liabilty where it just doesn't make business sense.
4) have fun and make alot of money with us.
