Am not sure what about in the US but in Canada its actualy are. I dont think you risk a lot of jail for it but its not something legual

regardless the laws I think u can fucking think whatever you want. i have black people in my family (due to a aunt who liked big cook i presume, hi to her ) and i still even over the years not feel totaly confortable.
