well, I first went there at 23h52 (local time here in Prague), it said another 7 minutes, it's now 0h28, still nothing happened, the countdown just disappeared.

MY GUESS is that instead of letting the clock run with their server time, they let it run with the surfer's time. But hey that's just my guess and it would explain what happens.
