Get used to the idea.

Oil is on a serious upward trend... and we're not talking some induced crisis because OPEC turned off the taps like back in the day, we're talking a genuine capacity issue now. There won't be anyone to flood the market with cheap oil later on.

Eventually it'll become economically feasable to bring new sources online, which will 'level off' the prices... but the day of the $20 barrel is gone gone gone.

Which, of course, means fabulous riches for people who get out ahead of the trend, investing in alternative energy sources or getting in on companies that improve reclamation technology... like people working on methods to improve cracking of tarsand and oil shale.

Its been going on for a couple of months now. Check it out sometime

depends on what you drive... ever taken off a engine head and see what that 87 shit does to it? Especially people who run modified cars like I do.... turbo's and aftermarket engine internals require 93 or you'll blow something easily.
