Its Friday. Remember we talked about receiving the content or the money back by Friday? The ups and fedex men both have come. Packages from other shooters but nothing from you. No return of money into my bank account either. I was hoping you would do the right thing and deliver the content that was paid for, I guess now I have to spend even more money to make this turn nasty for both of us.

one of the most stand up guys around. pays on time, every time. gives me clear direction for the content he wants and great web advice.

what more could anyone ask for with a client, well except to buy more, at a higher price that is :)

all in all, nubiles is right there with the easiest most reliable clients to shoot for.

No question about it. Im not saying he isnt a good guy or not good at what he does. Clearly he is. I think it was a combination of him not getting it as fast as he would have liked it and bs threads like this one. Thats why I refunded him and gave it to him for free. I am also not the one that brought it to the board, he did so I have every right to explain my side. He also contacted a couple local people to show up at my door... and that I have an issue with. So, I may have been a bit harsh on the guy in my post and well, for that I'm sorry. Anyways, refund was made and he gets free, exclusive content. If he has a problem with that, I dont know what more I can do for the guy.

Anyways, Im glad you have a great relationship with the guy. Clearly, I will not ever doing business with him again, meaning all the more work for you. You do AWESOME work so it should be a win win!

i second that - Bill is a great guy and since he's with us nearly from the beginning of our company I know him quite a while now and we always got along very well. and we prefer the same car brand - that makes it even better. :1orglaugh

also he pays faster than i can write invoices - i need to tell this a few other clients :upsidedow

Without question. Me and him just didnt hit it off. Its cool though. I had some people who dont even know me, taint the waters, so I can hardly blame him. I was just taken back on how he was so whinny about it. But whatever, I whine also sometimes. No big deal.

He is a great guy im sure.

(Its been 20 days, thats 3 weeks not 2)

August 12th I asked for a tracking number. You gave me your word you would get one. I expressed my concern about the content coming.

August 14th No tracking number, I asked for the content OR the money to be refunded by Friday the 19th.

August 19th No content has arrived. No tracking number. No wire has been posted to my account. I expressed my concern about the content arriving, what have you done since the 12th in those 7 days? Nothing. Exactly the same behavior as this guy named Jeff. Wow, why would I be concerned?

Yes I have contacted people who claim to know you to see if you are in fact Jeff.

You can call me any names you want, it doesnt affect me. I dont play games that way. You cant operate on the same level, that speaks loudly about you. You are not worth my time, my lawyer will take over from here. If the wire comes in and you actually send the content it will be returned to you.My only hope is that others here dont continue to get taken for money from you.
