Hi. Dunno who to talk to. I need a script that does the following:

Grants access to site backends once the surfer confirms an opt-in email address. I also need this intermingled with an opt-in affiliate program that gives credit for double opt-in sign ups.

I want the ability to manage the opt-in addresses, and have a detailed stats/management program.

This type of program is similar to what join4free.com uses, yet I'm not anticipating starting a large affiliate program such as theirs. I just need it for personal use/close partners.

I do want a quality script as if it was a large affiliate program, though. I expect this to be somewhat costly, yet not obsurdly such. I want to get quotes. However, I expect it to be very professionally done.
