What if you are shut down, and all your records are confiscated? Won't my name be leaked? A. No. Since our job is getting at other people's data, we are all the more aware of the need to protect our information. Customer data, along with investigative reports, personnel records and other sensitive data, is stored on hard disks which are hard-wired to physically self-destruct when tampered with. Moreoever, there is no reason for us to be shut down, since we are not engaging in illegal activities. Sweet, my hard drives arer wired the same way.
